Web app for small US contractors replacing paper daily reports. The foreman logs work, hours per person, and photos from their phone in 5 minutes — the system auto-generates a branded PDF and emails it to the client that same afternoon. No computer needed.
The challenge: Small contractor crews were sending daily reports via text or paper, with no paper trail, no branding, and no consistency.
My approach: Mobile-first form that generates a branded PDF automatically and sends it by email. Free plan, no installation, no signup friction. Essentially Raken for 1-5 person teams at a fraction of the price.
